A lady leaves our Care Home on 3rd of April checked over fully by Paramedics yet when leaving the hospital to another facility in the mean time and then gets taken back in to hospital on the 21st of April with a suspect hip problem, the family state it’s our doing though no falls here just a skin tear above her eye no witnessed fall more likely where she bent her head missing the over chair table and cut her eyebrow. Had there been a fall there wouldn’t be a cut in that vicinity of her face. You really can’t make this up

He won’t be going back, he said he was never offered a choice of food was told he had to be in bed by a certain time ( sounds more like a prison not a CARE HOME ) we offer the complete opposite to their care… we actually CARE.
