In light of the alterations to current restrictions from today onwards, which allow you to drive to a destination in England to take exercise etc... we wish to remind you that Blackpool attractions/theatres/pubs/hotels Amusement Arcades and Piers are closed and will remain closed at this time.
There are no public toilets open.
The Tramway is also closed which includes both Heritage and modern trams.

If you do decide to visit ensure you keep your distance from OTHERS, ensure you use litter bins and keep everywhere tidy.

Stanley Park in Blackpool has been crowned the best park in England It's official - Stanley Park has been voted the best park in England by the British public.

And that's the Blackpool Illuminations switched on for 2019.
The Lights will shine nightly until Nov 3rd.

Don't forget, every Friday night in September, as well as the Illuminations, we have our spectacular Firework Displays from North Pier at 8.30pm.

And on the 24th October, don't miss The Carnival Of The Lights. A colourful and lively parade featuring Blackpool's famous Illuminated Trams - all under the twinkling canopy of the Illuminations.

We are very sorry to announce that due to the severe weather warnings that have been issued by the MET Office for this weekend, we have to cancel the St Annes International Kite Festival 😔

This decision has not been made lightly, and following discussions with the organisers and kite fliers, the health and safety risk is simply too great to go ahead.

We sincerely apologise and hope that you will join us for future kite festivals in St Annes. St. Annes international kite festival

Armed Forces Day is brought to a climax with a full live concert by the Band & Corps of Drums of The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (Lancashire). The concert is a journey through some of the finest composers in history, featuring both military and classical arrangements.
