😊The most neurodevelopmentally beneficial position, which brings many benefits, is the prone position.
From this position,
✅️ children achieve head control,
✅️ stimulate the proprioceptive system,
✅️ learn to push against the surface,
✅️ exercise postural muscles,
✅️ develop better visual contact, and eye-hand coordination
👶 Children develop at their own pace, and the correct timing is determined within developmental windows where we can observe milestones.

🥰 Today, Angel Pheobe 🩵worked very hard throughout the session. She was so brave, resulting in a great session where we saw many smiles and looks towards me – building eye contact, which is very important.
