The evening itself was so so good. The food was fab, the entertainment was amazing and the drinks were flowing 🥂 however I am glad to be swapping the heels for the crocs 😂

✨ Introducing the new and improved Glitz & Glam Beauty…

As most of you are aware, i had a little wobble last month.. Blame it on the full moon / mercury eclipse or whatever you like… I burnt out. We are only human. It happens to us all. I was working far too many hours, with no breaks - cramming sandwiches and crisps in, inbetween making drinks for clients.. then coming home to a messy/ unorganised house because I was too tired to do housework. Having to feed and walk dogs and remember to feed myself.. I’d fall asleep on the sofa half way through watching tv. I was exhausted and it all got too much.

So after a little cry Ive picked myself up and given myself and the business a little re vamp…

I have jiggled my working hours about to give myself a better work and home life balance. Hours which I will stick to. No more “I’ll just do an extra 30 mins here *3 hours later * ooops”

I have allocated myself a minimum 30 minute break on each working day (excluding my half days on a Saturday) to actually sit down and eat with a HOT cuppa!

And I have my work phone set up and running.

So to symbolise my CALMER work life I have a calmer logo. You all know my two favourite treatments to do are brows and nails. So I made sure to incorporate those.
The ring on the hand represents the glitz and the glamour. I’m such a lover of sparkle ✨
And the pink. Well I had to keep the pink 💕
