Vibrant Vintage still has a lovely selection of vintage suitcases and vanity cases but are often asked what can I do with such cases.

I’ve made a beautiful 1930s suitcase a feature of my coffee table, while hiding old cards & love letters inside. Just a little idea to ensure these beautiful cases are given a new lease of life.

Vibrant Vintage have just about recovered from yesterday’s So Retro Events 1960s vintage fair in Rawtenstall where we met some lovely customers & traders.

I personally love the clothes from the 60‘s and we have some beautiful things we will be selling (photos to follow). Although Wayne is convinced he can fit in his original 60s clothing 🤨

In just 3 weeks time we’ll be grabbing our grooviest gear and heading to Rawtenstall for the Rossendale 60s Festival 2024! We’ve got loads of stalls selling a huge selection of vintage paraphernalia, all with a nod to the swinging sixties! There’ll also be live music on the square opposite our venue, classic cars and scooters, a fair, a fancy dress competition, plus lots of community stalls too, so bring the family and enjoy a great day out in Rawtenstall!

There is a great So Retro Events vintage fair taking place at Walton Hall today from 11 to 4. Vibrant Vintage won’t be there but lots of great stalls. Our next event is on 7th September at the 1960s Rawtenstall 1960s event.

Sadly this year we are not at the East Lancashire Railway 1940‘s event but it’s on till 5pm today

Vibrant Vintage will have to sit out the next So Retro vintage fair as Victoria is unable to get back for it 😞 However, we wanted to share this lovely event with you as it sounds amazing

All set up for the So Retro - Vintage Fair at Ramsbottom Civic Hall. Here till 4pm

The car 🚗 is packed with space to spare and we are finally ready for tomorrow’s So Retro - Vintage Fair.

We have decided to sell our vintage dresses at £10, skirts & jackets at £7 and blouses at £5. We often forget the men so all jackets, including Harris Tweed, will be £20 and tweed hats £5. Pop on down and grab a bargain, all our vintage (1950’s to 1980’s) is in clean, excellent condition.

The workers have been busy preparing for our first vintage fair of the year. They have found the last of our brooches dating from 1950’s to 1980’s that we will be selling for just £3 each, perfect for a Mother’s Day present.

Now feeding them with German treats (freshly made Berliners 🤤) so they continue to work…..

After making Kath & Wayne „search harder“ for the missing ladies vintage coats, I realised we sold most of them 4 years ago🙃. We did however find a lot of great quality men’s jackets & coats! We’ve decided to reduce our lovely Harris Tweed jackets to £35, all in excellent condition.
