As most of you will know we send txt message reminders exactly 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please can we ask that thoroughly read these txt messages and double check the date, time and appointments that you are booked in for.
If you think any of this information is incorrect then please contact the salon directly at your earliest convenience.
If appointments need to be cancelled we will endeavour to fill your appointment slot, however if this is not possible, we have late notice or you fail to show then we reserve the right to charge you for the appointment.
If you are not currently receiving txt reminders please let us know.
We have had several wasted appointments this week which could have been avoided and we have a list of clients waiting.
We are hitting one of our busiest times of the year, even with 4 therapists, we are looking at late July before there is any substantial availability for appointments.
Please book online if possible, that means you can easily manage your own appointments.

We have now implemented a price increase across some of our treatments, please head over to the website to see all the updated prices.
For all of our nail clients, we want to draw your attention to some changes in the pricing structure regarding specialist nail treatments:

✨French polish - £5 extra
✨Basic nail art (loose glitter, foils, chrome) £5 extra
✨Detailed nail art (design on 1-2 nails) £7
✨Complex nail art (design on every nail) - £10

If you are looking for French, detailed or complex nail art please try and book this in advance as we cannot guarantee we would have the time to be able to do it. Basic nail art does not need to be booked in advance.

We have now created separate tabs for nail art within the manicure/pedicure section of the online booking.

Nail art is a real talent and we feel it is only fair to charge extra for this going forward.

To all our valued customers……..
As we are all aware the cost of living is constantly increasing and unfortunately this is the same across many aspect of our business. We have had significant increases on products and services and of course staff wages which is most important as I truly value my staff and their dedication and loyalty to not only myself but all of you amazing clients.

This is never a decision I take lightly however from the 15th April there will be a small price increase to some of our services offered. The services increasing will include, all nail treatments, lash extensions, reflexology, massage and facials. For the time being all other treatments will remain the same price.

We always strive to provide a high standard of service and always strive to continue to do so.

We will also be changing our deposit amount for larger treatments and will be updating our cancellation policy. These will all be updated on our website and on our social media in due course.

Alongside this we are going to have to adjust pricing for additional nail art/length of nail as both of these require extra allocated time. We will now be asking you to book this service (if required) in advance. Various types/styles of nail art will have a separate booking section online that you can choose from. This will all me shown and made clear in a separate post.

I would like to thank you all for keeping us so busy and for your continued support. I really do appreciate you keeping us on our High Street.
