A few pictures of a big extension we compled recently, a warm deck roof with an internal gutter to reduce the size of the barge-board to give a cleaner finish with no gutter!
Concrete insulated floors and kitchen to follow!

Roof stripped new plates ✅✅✅

All timber sourced from similar age reclamations✅

Grade 2 listed stairs refurb is taking up most our time this week! Looking tidy, and now solid.
Can see the wear on each tread showcasing the hundreds of years of use !
Am tongue & grooving new nosings on with a router and hand planing them down to match.
All timber being used is aged from a similar time to keep the character ⚒️⚒️⚒️🪵🪵⚒️⚒️⚒️

⚒️⚒️⚒️ A stand & seam zinc roof prepped and ready for the architectural roofing system, with a run around internal gutter & parapet wall ⚒️⚒️⚒️

A extension to a hotel in Milford on Sea we did last year😍😍😍😍 black vertical cladding looking modern was a couple of weeks of hard work !

Siberian larch gables to modernise a old brick building 🤌🏼🤌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👊🏻👊🏻all completed in a day! Get in touch for any quotes

We offer insulated concrete foundation solutions, concrete also poured by us 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 prefer to keep things in house to secure good time keeping & top results

Plasterboard all finished & ready for a skim😍 window boards looking nice as well 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Fitted wardrobes to cover up some old plugs and fuse boxes, mirror in the middle to give the room a more spacious feel, happy with how this one came up 🤌🏼👌🏼🙌🏼

Butlers sink fitted last week 🤌🏼 sand and recycle from an old kitchen looks ace with a fresh oil

Plasterboard ceilings complete ✅ straight lines of screws and tapered edges together for that nice finish 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
