An Engaging Session with Patrick and Friends
Last year, Patrick embarked on a Pilates journey by enrolling in a beginner’s course tailored specifically for men. Since then, he has consistently participated in weekly sessions with Body and Mind Matter, enthusiastically sharing the experience with his friends.
