I am now taking bookings for Temple Lomi Lomi Bodywork.

I am so excited to share this beautiful healing work with you all.

This massage focuses on the use of the forearms as the primary massage tool, i will use sacred geometry with strokes to navigate the body in a variety of effective ways.

The practice "The Flight," or "Kalele," is the trance dance that helps you balance your primal energy before the massage. These shamanic techniques will be used for releasing blocked energy from the body, such as breath, guided visualization, and focused intention.

This massage is trans-formative and healing on so many levels. The routine involves many long, flowing and wonderfully relaxing forearms strokes, and will introduce some deeper strokes with the use of elbow pads, that open and release tension from the inner layers of muscle tissue along the spine--spinal irrigation.

SELF LOVE YOGA

STARTS BACK TUESDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER 7:30-9PM at D&D wellness centre

A class that is about taking the time to celebrate and love yourself fully. It's about removing negative self talk and reminding yourself just how truly awesome you are. Self love is about taking time to care for yourself and recharging when you need it.

My yoga class is about accepting and nurturing our body, our mind, our spirit, and our emotions. Leave the ego at the door and let go and be vunrable. This is a safe space, a space to grow, to strengthen, to ease and soothe. It's what ever you need to take from it. No judgments, No expectations, just time and space for you.

Join us for an afternoon at the for an intimate in a beautiful location, an exploration into the self, allowing you to connect to your own energy in a safe, fully clothed environment.
Relax and ground yourself with a dynamic yoga flow practice and centred meditation, followed by a conscious connection circle with Mama Cacao.

Based on the premise that we must gain of our true selves before we can be in union with others.

I will start with a light-hearted **ra flow to bring us into our bodies and settle in the space, allowing us to ground our being and relax into a heart centred practice.

Followed by Daisy Valentine bringing us together to sit in conscious with each other and enjoy a delicious Lions Mane and Reishi elixir to allow us to deepen our connection and open our hearts to share.

Cacao is the keeper of heart wisdom, she is the medicine to heal our hearts, guiding us to let go and feel safe, bringing us back our body so that we can create deeper connections and with ourselves and others.

James will then guide you through the history behind ta**ra, you will learn where ta**ra came from, its role in the modern day and cover topics such as and fears.

This will flow into a light taster of different western / neo ta***ic practices that will enable you to connect with yourself through some dynamic games with movement, light touch, conscious connection and finishing off with an eye gazing meditation.
