How time flies 😍

9 years ago 2015 I walked into a Slimming World group. Not really knowing what to expect. I was anxious, nervous and worried people would judge me. I was in a tough place mentally, health was suffering & Struggling physically, but alway put on a brave face. In time with the support of my Consultant Charlotte Brazier - she told me day one that I could do this. Week by week I started to to believe in myself, started feeling better in myself and my Real smile started coming back 😍 Fast forward to now - loving life, feeling amazing and love my picture being taken 🤩
Don’t delay taking that first step! We are here to support you all the way.
