Another evening, another walk in nature, reconnecting with mother earth.

Beauty is in the moment. The moment of calm, peace, and being at one, with both yourself and nature. As the sun sets on the day, make sure you recharge. We never let our phones battery go flat, why would we let our batteries run flat! My peace is out in the forest with sunsets like this.

It always amazes me that plants never take no for an answer. If they can thrive on an old wall, with no chance of a real root system, what is stopping us.it honestly doesn't take much for us to thrive.

Taking time out for you is important. Connect with nature, feel the earth between your toes, the beautiful music a stream makes as it babbles on its journey. Just being as one with nature can boost your mood and give you time to reflect.

The rain can never ruin a beautiful walk in nature. There is always beauty if you look hard enough. Embrace the rain, and look at what wonderful things the rain helps to bring. With Beltane blessings.

Absolutely amazing !!

Growing up I've always had a problem with fainting to blood and gore. I asked Claire if she could help me with this issue to which she had no problem in doing. In 45 minutes Claire single handledly healed my phobia, not only that I've had an injury in my wrist that's lasted a couple months now, Claire managed to identify exactly what parts of my wrist was injured and exactly what I needed to do to rehabilitate it. She also pre warned me on my ankles telling me I need to strengthen them and a few other bits of information about my future career. After this she explained to me the process that she went through to receiver this information which I can only describe as fascinating. I think the best part of claires work is not only can she identify an issue but she can tell you specific information about yourself that no one else can.

Claire's personality is one of a kind, she is a lovely and genuine person, I would definitely take up her service again. If you're sceptical all I can say is please do consider Claire's work and I guarantee you will not regret it.
