As the sun sets on Sleeping Beauty 2024 we would like to thank all of our wonderful audiences for their support last week. We've had some incredible feedback which is always amazing to hear.
We are now pleased to announce that our show next year will be Robin Hood!!

Before and after!! This time last week we were building the stage and set, and now we are excitedly expecting our 3rd audience of the week!! We have the very last few tickets available to join us this evening if you're quick!! 🎭👸🏼🤴🏻

Tomorrow is opening night!! Can you guess whose costumes these are?? 👸🏼🤴🏻🎭
We will have any remaining tickets available to purchase on the door each evening if anyone isn't able to get to the shop before the show.
Wednesday and Friday currently have better availability than our other shows.

'Tis the season!!
With only 12 hours of rehearsals left in the new year before our next show hits the stage - and with it being the season of goodwill - we thought we'd send another little feature of last year's dame in festive green to see if there are any potential sponsors out there who would be interested in supporting Sleeping Beauty 2024.
Our performances offer experiences for the whole community (young and old!), both by taking part in our shows, but also by joining the audiences. None of this is possible without generous sponsors offering us the chance to produce bigger and better shows each year.

Each year we strive to put on the best show possible for our audiences, but sometimes we have to rely on the generosity of others to make that happen.
As a non-for-profit organisation we put all of our profits back into producing the next show and we also have some wonderful regular sponsors featured on our programme, if you would be interested in becoming a sponsor please contact Russ on the below details.
And now a word from last year's dame...

Our backstage crew have been busy bees giving our proscenium arch a much needed makeover ready for the new year, then taking it back home to be stored until show time. Huge thank you to Wickes Banbury store for the amazing paint donation, it means so much to us to be able to put these shows on for the local community and support the learning and development of young people in our area 🎭

We've started!! Our amazing cast of Sleeping Beauty 2024 had their first rehearsals today and we were all so happy to be back and working together again.
The chorus have some great moves in motion already and some of the adults have even learned their lines!!
We have the next few months ahead to learn everything we need to bring you another incredible show in February.

It's that time of year again!! Our audition days are booked and we look forward to seeing you all soon. That’s a wrap! The Wizard of Oz has closed its curtains for good. Thank you to our brilliant audiences who came to watch us this week. We’ve had a wonderful time 🌈

It also marked our Keith’s last show directing after 25 years and he’s now passed the baton to Steph who we are all confident will do a fantastic job!

We hope you enjoyed our half term pantomime… which leads us to announce that February 2024’s pantomime will be… 🥁 Sleeping Beauty!
