As per the European block exemption legislation, you can get your vehicle serviced by an independent mechanic whilst under warranty, as long as the correct maintenance schedules are followed, and copies of invoices are given/kept.
DCN Autos will always carry out services that adhere to manufacturers service schedules and use OEM parts meaning your warranty is valid You will also receive a copy of the invoice for your records.

Shock absorber, spring and top mount all replaced with good quality OE parts the same day getting them back on the road.

A returning customer came to us for annual service and was advised timing belt was due for renewal at manufactures replacement interval based on Milage/year of vehicle.

Timing belt kit and water pump replaced with OE quality parts using timing tool and all correctly torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Customer complaint of no clutch pedal/not engaging. Advised customer gearbox needed removing for further investigation.

Removal of gearbox and further investigation found clutch pressure plate snapped in half further causing damage to the flywheel.

Clutch and flywheel replaced with OE parts getting the customer back on the road.
