Ford kuga 2.0 diesel
Came in with a clutch sliping fault and banging gearbox when changing gear with the powershift auto gearbox
Orderd a new duelclutch which is a wetclutch it's fluid feed
7 litres of duelclutch atf oil used for power shift gearbox
Oil filter for powershift gearbox
3 new drive shaft oil seals fitted
+ a calibration for the powershift gearbox for the new duel clutch

Citroën berlingo came for Mot failed on
Broken coilspring + topstrut mount with bearing
Front discs + pads
Abs fault due to the abs sensor being rubbed through because of the reluctering being spread out due to rust build up

Hyundai came in with a clutch problem due to the friction plate springs .

Ford focus starter moter problem

Bmw 1series came in with stability/ abs fault holding bk the acceleration of the vehicle

Mitsubishi l200 swivel joint for propshaft needed 3 litres of gearbox oil

Vw golf wouldn't start when it was up to temperature cam sensor cured the fault

Vauxhall astra 1.4 came in with a nasty oil leak around the timing chain housing and water leak as well .I put a new timing case gasket and timing chain kit as well as giving it and oil and filter aswel as 2 litres of red antifreeze and cleaned all the old oil off around the engine

Vw caddy 1.6 the dreaded injecter faults only because the part is so expensive so many issues. with these injectors last year no one anywhere couldn't even get injectors because they was no stock anywhere in all companies because they was so renowned for failing luckily this only needed 1 MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 2

Alfa romeo ambient temperature sensor was showing a fault and no outside temperature gauge so I cut and soldered the new part to it

This 3 series bmw got hit on the back end by another car which totally bent a top arm luckily there was no more damage

Bmw 1 series failed on mot for front brakes n/s/f shocker And exhaust flexi
I did a dpf delete and egr delete cos the dpf was fully blocked up + oil and oil filter change

Alfa giulietta 1.8 petrol came in with a snapped camshaft so first had to strip it down for head to come off to see if there was any valves bent or piston damage luckily no piston damage but there was 8 bent valves so I sent the head to engineers to get a pressure test and skimm and valves taken out and new valve stem oliseals aswell as all the valves lapped bk in to the the head .
Aswel as changing the headset + head bolts gaskets + exhaust camshaft + cam pulley + new cambelt kit and waterpump + full service parts + it needed an MOT BECAUSE THE PARTS HAD TO COME FROM ITALY 🇮🇹 AND OVERSEAS AT THE MOMENT WAITING FOR PARTS TAKES WEEKS SO IM HAPPY IT WAS RUNNING AGAIN # SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL GAL SHE WAS PURRING AGAIN

Mitsubishi sh**un 3.2litre beast came in with and exhaust leak a boost leak and with a corrupted ecu.
So I found the exhaust leak welded the spots where it was blowing .
I then made some blanking plates to block the exhaust gases recirculating bk to the inlet manifold that sorted the boost problem.as well as fitting a new turbo pipe
Then my friend came and made a new original file for the E.C.U to help the vehicle run properly with a E.G.R & D.P.F DELETE ASWEL

I loved doing this beautiful lovely ladie from doing a cylinder test .on 4 all 4 cylinders 2 of the cylinders was down on compression 3&4 its been a task and half but as always I go above and beyond for my people who support me I always show and take pictures of everything so they no what goes on with their pride of joy , my pictures show what I have treated this lovely old school TT WITH LOVE Sweat and tears but most of all just ATTENTION KEEP CARS LIKE THIS ON THE ROAD
