Pergola 🌞🌻

Recent pergola completed! Love this design choice by the customer, who opted for a slat fence surrounding for privacy.

Customer also opted for corrugated plastic roof for those rainy days!

All pergolas can be adjusted to your liking! This will be amazing on those summer evenings around the fire pit.

Recent media wall and lighting installation, in which we constructed these bespoke MDF cabinets and routered the edges to create a torus edge moulding along the cabinet tops.

Decking vibes 🌞

A recent project undertaken for a customer who wanted to create a social and low maintenance space to relax in the garden, theres nothing better for the job than a spot of decking! Plenty of late summer and autumn nights around the firepit🔥

Elite Upkeep has been busy!👀

But this time with a little twist as I’ve been working on my own property alongside you guys!

In April I began a fairly challenging but nonetheless rewarding renovation project with my partner on a grade 2 country listed cottage! It’s fair to say that it’s been a been a ride working long evenings and every weekend alongside running my business as usual!

The house is almost there and my admin work and social media scheduling will be better than ever from my new home office (pictures pending🙂‍↔️)

A recent project, in which we have installed premium laminate flooring in warm oak! Customer wanted to change their previous beech wood laminate floor to a durable premium laminate to brighten the room! You can see in the previous floor where it has separated over the years! This floor comes with a 10 year guarantee and prepared with premium underlay, for comfort and warmth.

Freshen up 🖌️

One of our most recent projects at our commercial customers Dixons Academies Trust!

Images are before and after, where walls have been damaged by pen markings, scuffs and wear due to a very high traffic area! Alongside some deep cracks!

We also replaced all ceiling tiles due to stains and bad damage.

A freshen up with strong wearing trade paint and gloss, soon made a difference! Making the area look fresher and brighter ⭐️

The team have supplied and manufactured partition barrier boards for Dixons Allerton Academies canteen!

Cinema room vibes 🎥

This customer opted for a for a media wall installation and the full room decorating which has completely transformed this space, creating a sleek and modern design with a cinema room feel!

We revitalised this room by completing the media feature wall, and adding black textured wall paper! We then finised the job by repainting the walls, ceilings and woodwork!
