🚨GROUP SESSION

We have 1 slot available for our group session running every Wednesday 5-6PM at Wyke Community Sports Village. This session is for GKs aged 8-12.

One of our GKs - Kieran - broke his leg in February and as a result, he’s been out of action for 6 weeks. Last week we started light training to ease him back into it. Most GKs would sit on their hands until they were fully recovered but Kieran wants to get straight back onto the pitch!

This lad always works hard and yet rarely breaks a sweat. Well done to Kieran for staying positive after such a bad injury and pushing his recovery to the max! Bright future ahead⚽️🧤

This technique is useful for holding low shots. The knee going down helps to reduce mistakes and allows the GK to stay up, allowing for quick distribution.
