Please see a round up of the school year from the PTFA. We are really proud of what we have achieved this year and looking forward to doing it all again from September. We are always wanting more volunteers and ideas so would love to see you at our next meeting on the 19th September. Further information will be shared when we return to school. One of our big school projects this year has been the fantastic Reading for Pleasure scheme led by Mrs Knowles.

☀️ FROZEN FRIDAYS ☀️
To celebrate the sunshine, your PTFA will be selling ice pops and ice lollies after school this Friday. Please come along and find us outside the school office and treat yourself to a lovely frozen ice lolly. We look forward to welcoming all the year 6 back from their residential.

Ice pops will be 20p and ice lollies 50p. Please try and bring the correct change as cash is preferred.

Summer Fayre Raffle Tickets are on their way, you will find these in your child’s book bag today. Initially this is all classes except Pre-School.

Thank you in advance for your support, if you are unable to sell the tickets please return to school as soon as possible, so we can share these to anyone requiring extra or sell on the day.

Hi all. Hopefully everyone saw the Newsletter this week with all the details of sports day and our Summer Fayre on the 5th July (see photo). Let’s hope this sunshine is here to stay 🌞

Raffle Tickets:
These are due hopefully tomorrow and we have a lottery license so we are sending tickets home with the children to sell. They will be £1 each, please can we ask for any tickets you won’t sell to be returned as soon as possible so we can send these home with any children who may want extra. Raffle stumps and money to be returned to class teacher. A list of prizes will be confirmed very soon 👀

Donations:
To help with the summer Fayre we are asking for any kind donations of chocolate or sweets, so we can do a sweet tombola on the day, or donations of wine for a fun game of “water or wine”. Please hand in at the office before 28/06/2024

Refreshments:
The PTFA will be running a refreshment stand throughout sports day and the Fayre and it would be great if we could have donations of baked goods. You all blew us away with the Easter raffle bake sale 🍰 🧁. Please hand in at the office before 05/07/2024.

Welcome back everyone! We hope you all enjoyed the half term and the welcomed sunshine 🌞

Hopefully you have saved the date, Friday 5th July, as this will be the school Sports Day followed by the first official PTFA summer Fayre

We are reaching out to our amazing school community for donations to make our summer fayre raffle a huge success. We already have some amazing prizes that have been kindly donated, but we are asking if people own a local business/ work somewhere that would possibly be able to donate a prize for our raffle. Raffle tickets will be being sent home shortly with children and can be sold to friends & family this year 😃

Examples of Donations:

- Gift vouchers
- Merchandise
- Services (e.g., hair/beauty treatments, car valeting)
- Event tickets
- ⁠Unwanted gifts

This is a fantastic opportunity to show your support, advertise your business and connect with our school community. We will share all businesses on our page, in the letter of prizes that will go out to all children and on the day at the raffle stall. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!

Welcome back, we hope you all enjoyed the Easter break and are settling back into the school routine!

Just a reminder that we sent the children home with the blank PTFA logo before half term. We are really looking forward to seeing all the lovely designs from the children and just a reminder to hand these in. The deadline has been extended to Friday 19th April.

The Easter Egg colouring winners will be announced in assembly tomorrow and will receive an Easter Egg.

A big thank you to all the children and adults that took the time to create and share their Easter egg designs. The PTFA found it extremely difficult to chose a winner with the standard being so high.

The winners will be announced in tomorrow’s assembly and they will receive their Easter Prize.

We hope you are enjoying the sunshine and looking forward to our Easter Raffle draw on Thursday 21st March. We will also be having a bun/cake stall and would really appreciate any donations (baked or bought) to be given into school by close of play Wednesday 20th March 🍰 🧁

We will start selling raffle tickets for the Easter Raffle tomorrow, Thursday 7th March at 3:15pm. You can find us outside school reception to buy your tickets and also see the 3 Easter Hampers.

If your child attends after school club we will pop in to see them tomorrow so they have the opportunity to buy tickets.

Tickets will continue to be available through the classrooms up to the day of the draw or look out for another PTFA sale date.
