Hi, I'm Barbara Shead, and I am passionate about helping people change their lives for the better.
A little bit about me and why I do what I do...
My journey started whilst investigating solutions to my own health issues. I became interested in nutrition, and in 2010 I obtained a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
In 2012 I added to my qualifications and training, attaining Diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis and an Advanced International Diploma in Psychotherapy, and in 2013 I became one of the first therapists to train with Terence Watts in BWRT® (Brainworking Recursive Therapy) which is a modern, immensely powerful style of therapy that can dissolve fears, phobias, anxieties and more complex problems rapidly, and today I am a BWRT® Level 3 Practitioner, Supervisor and Examiner.
In 2019 I undertook a Master Practitioner Programme in Eating Disorders and Obesity training, enabling me to bring together my nutritional and psychotherapeutic skills and qualifications to assist me to work compassionately and effectively with clients.
