Squad PT provides Group Personal Training for local over 30's in our private studio in Brentwood.
Lat pulls work your latissimus dorsi muscles in your back. Strong "lats" help you do things like climbing, swimming, and pulling ups. Having strong lats can also help improve your posture, and reduce injuries to the lower back and also the shoulders . They can also help you to breath better.
Victoria scored a PB today (personal best). Working in pairs, her partner, Julie encouraged her to try and lift a little heavier.
