Quantock Hypnotherapy - Solution Focused
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy addresses the solutions rather than the problems and gets you focusing
I always love getting fabulous feedback like this, it absolutely makes my day! Hypnotherapy really can be life changing and it doesnβt take as long as you might think.
Do you have a fear or phobia holding you back? Give me a call & weβll get it sorted so you can get on and live your life the way you want to and not be dictated to by the past βοΈ π¬π·οΈπ
Your thoughts create your world.
I love the word βreframeβ
Whatβs your favourite word?
What do hypnotherapists do on a night out? They go & see Paul McKenna of course! What a very nice man & a lovely evening with my colleagues Elise De Viell Hypnotherapy Epiphany Therapy
As it is International Women's Day, I wanted to celebrate my beautiful daughter turning 21 today! She is pictured here 10 years ago dressed as a historical figure she admired, we are so incredibly proud of you Caragh McKenna and wish you the most wonderful weekend π₯π
I'm also sending love to all the women out there today π©·
My favourite review left by one of my lovely clients π
π€ Have you ever used a hairbrush as a microphone?
π€ My feel good Friday song this week is βTiffany - I think weβre alone nowβ yes itβs super cheesy but we were young!!
π€ This takes me back to the 80βs, dancing round my bedroom with my best friend and our trusty hairbrushes, makes me laugh so much!! Happy days π₯°
π€ Whatβs your favourite hairbrush song?
π Happy World Menopause Day everyone π€©
Have you ever had one of those, 'where are my glasses moments?'
Brain fog & forgetfulness is a perimenopausal / menopausal symptom. Let's not be afraid to talk about it. It affects us all π₯°
πΆ Music is a great mood booster for me so I thought I would post some of my favourites here and see if anyone wants to share their happy songs?
πΆ My song this week is
πΆ
'A'int No Mountain High Enough' by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell πΆ
πΆ It reminds me of the ups and downs of life and how we ( me & my sole sisters) climbed Durdle door and descended 'scratchy bottom'! (Literally) on our Mighty Hike Marathon last year.
πΆ It was tough, but we made it, we got through it, with help from each other. We survived! (no that can be next week's song Gloria!!)
πΆ Wishing you a feel good Friday - what song makes you smile?
π It's been a rough couple of years and I kept thinking - I'll do a positive post when things get better.
π But then I realised that way of thinking wasn't very helpful to me
π By thinking things will be better when...... I wasn't living each day in the best way that I could, despite the ongoing challenges
π I realised that if I keep holding my breath waiting for everything to be better, I would go blue!
πSo, as it is World Mental Health day today, I thought I would share a little something that makes me smile.
πWhen we smile, we get a little boost of serotonin and that helps to keep us in our rational, intellectual part of the brain.
I hope Cosmo has given you a little boost of serotonin today π₯°
I posted this almost a year ago and it really helps me to see this now. My wonderful Dad died two months ago and not a day goes by that I donβt think of him.
But I also feel that I want to live my life to the fullest to honour his memory and thinking that the sun is still shining somewhere gives me strength & hope to do that π€
I was fascinated by this spiders web I found on the Quantock Hills - so clever. Does anyone know what sort of spider would make this tunnel web?
ππ
Does anyone struggle with the very mention of spiders?
ππ
You don't have to - a spider phobia can be neutralised with solution focused hypnotherapy.
It makes my day to get feedback like this. It only takes one session!
