Remember, help support the body during exercise not just doing handstands. If you have wrist pain and haven't held a yoga pose for ages then try a set of parallettes to build strength back in your wrists.

Alternatively, you can use them for most upper bodyweight exercises and get extra wrist support. If using our bigger bars you'll get a deeper press or deeper dip.
