Now the dust has settled I wanted to thank you all that have dined with Roasts by Sharon at The Regency Tavern Brighton. It has been a fabulous 3 years. Last Sunday was the best day thanks to all that came along to either eat, or dance or both lol, it was a fabulous day. So for the final time huge thanks from me to you all. And who knows when I might see you having lunch myself in rhe regency. Until then big love xx

What a fabulous weekend for the brighton marathon. Huge thanks as always to those that joined Roasts by Sharon at The Regency Tavern Brighton it was such a busy day. For this Sundays final roast we are fully booked and for that I thank you all. For those not able to join for a roast then if you can please join for a drink, we have the amazing Portia De Fosse on stage from 6pm. Let's make this a good one and go out with a bang xx

Good morning roasters
The last few years serving you all with your Sunday roasts at The Regency Tavern Brighton have been incredible, however the time has come that I have to move on. My last Sunday service will be on the 14th April. I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for your support over the last few years, I will miss you all greatly.
With only 5 weeks remaining we do expect to be extremely busy each week, especially on the 14th April so we would suggest pre-booking your final Roasts by Sharon to avoid disappointment.
We have arranged some entertainment for after our final service with the fabulous Portia De Fosse on stage from 6pm. I would love to see you all there even if you aren’t able to join us for a roast.
Thank you again for all the love you have shown and we hope to see you before or on our final service.
