We uncover the root of your issue, explore what needs changing and work through it until love energy starts to flow. Once in this love energy, we call in and activate your heart's desires.

My holistic approach combines a number of techniques including body relaxation, meditation, guided visualisation, self enquiry through questions, empathetic listening, channeled messages, releasing limiting beliefs, downloading supportive beliefs and transmitting healing frequencies.

Available as single or regular sessions, online or in person. This type of one to one work is also excellent preparation for 'Motions of the Soul' group constellations.

What to expect in a healing session?

You will meet Zsuzsi who is an empath, an energy healer, a cuddlist and a "big mother":

I listen to you, feel you, hear what you're going through. I help you clarify what needs healing, shifting, transmuting, releasing or uncreating. I help you to see what's yours, what's conditioning, what's from the collective, what's ancestral, what serves and what's outdated. Together, we're guided to journey with the kind of healing that brings the best results in your current situation. I join you in your experience and I support you while you're looking. I hold you while you cry or laugh and celebrate your progress with you. I gently assist with questions while you look at your life, listen to your heart and reconnect to your core self, divinity and soul's purpose.

I've trained in Reconnective healing, Theta healing, Source memory healing and Reiki. I have extensive experience in working with “the field” known from family constellations. My sessions are intuitive and guided by Source and often include energetic space clearing, inner child work, parts work, shifting ancestral, karmic and unhealthy family patterns, past life regression, physical healing through organ whispering, emotional and belief work, grief work and manifesting your heart's desires.

After a session you will have grown in self-awareness and self-love, you will feel more centred, relaxed and ready to (re)tackle life.
