The main message this year is to raise awareness of the health risks of plastics, with a goal to phase out the use of single-use plastics.

Earth Day was first celebrated in the U.S. in 1970. It now includes a wide range of events around the world. EARTHDAY.ORG is unwavering in our commitment to end plastics for the sake of human and planetary health, demanding a 60% reduction in the production of ALL plastics by 2040. Our theme, Planet vs. Plastics, calls to advocate for widespread awareness on the health risk of plastics, rapidly phase out all single use plastics, urgently push for a strong UN Treaty on Plastic Pollution, and demand an end to fast fashion. Journey to the unknown realm of spirit

Working with spirits often takes me to the realm of unknown and unorthodox, not always correlates to the knowledges I had learnt from my physical plain and ideas. It requires me to have the complete surrender and let go of my ego. They never force me to agree or accept but allow me to choose my own path and learn to accept the consequences of my own action. From my experience, following them always turned out to be the best solution even though it seemed nonsensical and challenged the sense of safety at times. I am learning to unlearn what I had learnt from my worldly experiences, so I can trust the wisdom beyond my knowing and ego. The journey is long and difficult which sometimes I had to get through and learn from hard lessons.

International Day of Peace 21 September

The UN General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, through observing 24 hours of non-violence and cease-fire.
This year’s theme is Actions for Peace, It is a call to action that recognizes our individual and collective responsibility to foster peace.
Peace is always something that I have yearned for since I was young as I grew up in a very emotionally chaotic household where I couldn't run away from it. So in my younger years what I did was to find any excuse to go out and be with my friends and drink myself to death so I could numb my pain, anger and frustration. It helped at the time but never in the long run. Until I found a way to cultivate peace within myself that is when I started to feel better and my relationship with others got better too. But it is not easy, never easy. It took me many many years for my heart to open up to accept and have compassion for myself and others, especially the ones I do not agree with. I think Peace Day should be for every day not just one day a year. When we practice having peace within ourselves regularly, our perspectives and reactions can change when we deal with people, circumstances, beliefs and all differences. We become more tolerant and accepting, also more compassionate, and that can bring love into all kinds of relationships. For me, that is how we can bring Peace to our world.
