A TBT and a bit of a reflection! This is my little stall at Chatsworth Road Market - 8 years ago. The hoops and the trainers havent changed but I think the business has! (I mean look at the s**t show of a market stall 😂)
It was so exciting cramming everything into my mums Jazz driving to London and setting up a stall at ridiculous hours in the morning after pulling all nighters making things and then spending the day meeting lovely customers and making friends feeling overtired and slightly euphoric! I thrived on the whole adventure.
Whilst i ponder the next chapter of Pica Pica Feathers it’s really beautiful to see where it started and how it’s grown and the opportunities I’ve had, the mistakes I’ve made and the triumphs! And what an adventure it’s been!
Who knows where I’ll be in 8 years time and that’s just so exciting - the endless possibilities and the ride into the unknown!

I had some lovely sales of my baker boiiis over the weekend. A BIG FAT THANK YOU!
I have been a bit at a crossroads things are changing and I’m trying to change with it, festivals are not what they used to be and it makes me sad but I’m just gonna keep moving and adapting. All I know is hats make me so happy. This photo fills me with joy.
I am going to put it all out there to make me accountable - we WILL be having a brand makeover and a new BRAND NAME is on the horizon (the admin of this is terrifying but I think it’s the right time)
I’m hopefully moving in April all being well 🤞🏼 bigger work space, patio garden and even a new town eeek! I won’t say too much about that until I have crossed the t’s and dotted the i’s.
For now I’ll keep releasing new images from the wonderful shoot we did last week and work on new hats coming out towards the end of this month ❤️

Had such a exciting day yesterday doing a photoshoot with and in .attic and Brightons Laines.

Kate is such a beautiful photographer using her analogue camera, which created much more excitement and anticipation (please go to her page for the technical stuff and specifics!)
And being such a versatile and fun model to work with.

Hello there gang! Blimey it’s been a long time! My name is Vix, I own and run . I work from home and I wear tracksuits most of the time that are three sizes too big. I’ve just got this new sewing machine and it’s changed my game a lot and given me a real thirst for sewing and stepping away from the glue gun! Anyway here’s one of the hats I’m working on that’s been in the works for a year now! I will be releasing a collection of these mega baker boys soon and testing the waters with them!
