The word ‘cocktail’ was not in common usage yet in Britain, but what we now think of as cocktails were becoming available as early as the 1850s. So enjoy this beautiful celebration, and swipe left to see a map from 1851 that shows this magical part of Brighton, Kemptown.

The Plotting Parlour is Bottling! That’s right, your favourite cocktails are now available to take home.

We’re launching with three of our most beloved creations, each one hand-crafted and bottled with care.

The Ginger & Chili Margarita – A fiery twist on a classic.

The Rum Plum Negroni –The timeless favourite.

The House Martini – Our signature blend that’s as elegant as it is irresistible.

These are priced at just £35 each and are ready for you to collect at our venues in the Old Steine and Hove.

Whether you’re a margarita maven, a negroni enthusiast, or a martini lover, we’ve got something for you.
