Sundays are for making a fresh batch of homemade granola. I love this for breakfast with Greek yogurt and blueberries and raspberries . But also snack on it after dinner if I feel sweet cravings come on . Easy and delicious🥰🥰🥰

So delighted to have completed my Advanced Level Diploma In Fertility Acupuncture. I Have learned so much about the complex field or reproductive immunology as it relates to fertility and so much more.
I'm trained Acupuncturist.
We're trained to think out of the box, question a little more and dig a little deeper.
Here’s a list of all the conditions I see daily in my clinic.

The Wise Hippo Sussex Hypnobirthing courses are run by Joanna a practising midwife, clinical hypnotherapist and antenatal educator. PLUS A FREE breastfeeding, postnatal session.
Face to face classes are held in the lovely Bramble Hall in Balcombe.

One to one sessions are available .

I will support you throughout your pregnancy with my experience as a practicing midwife, clinical hypnotherapist and hypnobirthing practitioner.

I will support, empower and prepare you and your birthing partner for your journey into parenthood, providing you with invaluable tools and techniques to use in pregnancy, birth and life that will help you remain calm and relax, and help alleviate anxiety.
