Negroni Week 2024 is back again so join us for the opening night on Tuesday 17th September in Hove from 7pm, hosted by our founder and certified Negroni addict, David Toscano.
With support from Liana Collection and Regal Rogue vermouth, indulge in three of our special Negroni cocktails:
*Santoni Sbagliato - Amaro Santoni, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, Prosecco
*Cin Cin Negroni - Campari, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, Malfy gin, rhubarb bitters
*Americano - Vault Aperitivo bitter, Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, pink grapefruit soda

Pinot Bianco and Gavi work well with our young, creamy gorgonzola. When Gorgonzola piccante is on the menu, we suggest reds such as Chianti, Barolo or Barbaresco which all have a depth of flavour that complements the cheese’s spiciness.
Chianti also lends itself Pecorino Romano’s salty, nutty flavour - as does Prosecco! Making it a perfect cheese and wine to enjoy as aperitivi.
