We are launching Pilates Classes at The Webbington Leisure Club

Starting June 24th!

We're dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and can't wait to see you in class!

Our classes will be led by H**e Littlewood, a Level 3 Mat Pilates Qualified instructor. H**e trained in Theatre Dance at the London Studio Centre and discovered her passion for Pilates while on tour. It was during this time that she realized the vital role Pilates techniques play in a well-rounded fitness regime.

There are numerous benefits of incorporating Pilates into your fitness routine. Pilates is a powerful and comprehensive fitness approach that offers a variety of advantages:

Core Strength - Flexibility - Posture - Muscle Tone - Mind-Body Connection - Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation - Enhanced Athletic Performance - Balance and Coordination - Adaptability - Stress Relief
