This case is all about the gums and trusting the process 🫶🏻

Sometimes straightening is just part of the smile journey.
Every smile is unique and there is no ‘one plan fits all’
This patient has crowding with worn, small teeth but also a high lip line.
This means when he smiles his gum line shows so with this in mind it’s really important to respect the ‘pink’ aesthetics and plan to align the gum lines.
