I rarely treat myself to such things, so when basic beans arrive with a bourgie breakfast, I'm glad I've got hot sauce in my pocket to ensure it's all banging AF! Shout out to Lou's Hot Sauce for saving the day last weekend ❤🖤🔥

I am fortunate to have amazing friends who bring me amazing ideas of what to paint. One dear pal loves mustelids and how could I say no to putting a series of boingy long boys together?

They also feature skulls which seems to be my running trend and I love painting them! It's been fascinating ♡

These prints are for a good cause too as £1 of each will go to Otters and Butterflies until Halloween (31st October). They are also limited to 100 A4 prints so be quick 👀👻

The original will also donate £50 and be up for sale on Friday at 5pm to be admired in a new home. 💀

BRISTOL!!! If you're needing some more spice in your life my sauce is gonna be available to buy at BASE on Robertson Road in Easton. I've just found out that the infoshop isn't happening this evening and don't know when it'll restart again. But as and when it does, my sauce will be there (y)

It'll still be pay-as-you-feel but with 50% of the price going straight to BASE to help support all the rad stuff they do 🖤❤️

And even if you don't like hot sauce, there's always great tea/coffee/cake/people/literature/music/stickers/patches/shirts when BASE infoshop is running. It's dreamy AF and I highly recommend popping in when you can 😊

People often say that my sauces bring them both warmth and happiness. I am always delighted to hear such things but not half as delighted as I was to see the warmth and happiness the people of Bristol brought to each other through their actions on Sunday night 🔥🔥🔥 Massive respect to everyone who turned out!

Within a broken system like ours, those in power will always act with their own interests at heart. I feel this is clearer than ever in the UK. They will only ever even consider to do good by us when they feel scared enough that the alternative is not in their interest.

Keep on loving, keep on fighting 🖤❤️ Together we are stronger and can build a better future. But only after we've torn down the existing power structures and those who persist in upholding such oppression.

While bin-diving a certain up-market supermarket, let's call them Sparks and Mencer, I unearthed a whole load of pickled beetroot and a bunch of cranberry sauce. Not one to ignore such a cosmic suggestion from the bin-gods, I got to work crafting a new flavour of sauce up in sunny Scotland.

Unable to find scotch bonnets up these ways (is that ironic?...) I used fresh naga chillies and a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon to bring out an almost festive flavour.

This sauce isn't just spicy... It's Sparks and Mencer spicy ;)

Now I just need a name for it that involves a bin pun... Please help!!
