The Best Friend award is the most coveted of all our company awards as it’s voted for by the whole team. Senior Designer Nathan was this year’s worthy winner.

Nathan has been with the company for six years and in that time has gone from strength to strength, leading incredible projects with clients of all sizes and across all sectors.

He runs the Future Friends programme and champions up and coming creative talent in the industry. And on top of that he’s an all-round good egg. 🤩

At the beginning of 2020 we launched our new proposition ‘Brand Expertise with No Added Nonsense’.

This embodies our approach to how we do business – elegant ideas, great relationships and outstanding results. Since joining us from Bristol Sport, Matt has impressed the team with his excellent project delivery skills and ability to cut through complexity to get the best results for our clients.

Financial controller Eileen is the safe hands of the company. Awarded with ‘Act Like it’s Yours’. 🏆

Since joining Mr B & Friends in 2019 she’s worked with her team to transform the company’s financial processes.

Eileen takes pride in supporting the team in all areas and is frequently the first person the team turn too if they’re stuck. If there’s a question that Eileen can’t answer, we’ve yet to discover it.

Working closely with CEO Phil Stapleton, Head of Communications Jo Redman and Senior Marketing Manager, Tamara Edgar; we were able to transform the visual identity whilst keeping their warm, charming tone of voice to help them stand out in an increasingly homogenised and predictable sector.

We are proud to play a supporting role in this campaign which will appear on Regina Blitz packs, as well as online and in-store at major supermarkets across the country in coming months.
