Launching today Four by Four have been working hard with Transition Zone to develop ONDEMAND Zone from Transition Zone. This offers online classes on a monthly subscription. We’ve branded and edited the videos, produced trailers and posters, researched the best offering for subscriptions and designed the pages these now sit on online.
These are a great selection of classes to do at home and in the guise of checking the videos I have completed both the yoga flow and hip mobility one and look to do the others when I can - 5 classes only £20 is also a bargain!
