Another great project completed by the team. We had the pleasure of carrying out the carpentry package on this new build in Westbury on Trym for a valued client 🪚🔨✅

Another great win for the team ✅👌🏼

We have secured the second fix carpentry and kitchens on this existing office block turning it into 55 apartments.

We are looking forward to getting started on this project in the new year and continue to build a great relationship with our client.

We are pleased to say we have been awarded the full carpentry package on these 12 new build traditional built houses in Bristol and we are looking forward to working with another new client on this project.

Another great project completed by the team. What a transformation this is! We have added a single rear extension with a front porch and total refurbishment to the existing property. ✅👌🏼🪚

Another job completed by BC Carpentry & Build we had the pleasure to carry out the full carpentry package on this house in Westbury on Trym ✅🔨🪚

Site visit today to St. Peter’s in Midsomer Norton where we are carrying out the carpentry package to phase two 19no houses. Work is progressing well and we are looking forward to delivering these along with phase 3 totalling 57 houses. ✅🔨👌🏼

BC Carpentry & Build have been busy converting this old barn into four dwellings. This has been a very enjoyable project for us as there was lots of carpentry involved starting with all the external / party walls being made on site and this is why we love what we do 🪚🔨👌🏼✅

Great to have a site visit this week to see the lads making great progress on this site in Filton which consists of 52 studios for student accommodation. We have been completing the full carpentry package ✅🔨🪚

BC Carpenty & Build have been busy on another project at Centre parks for Harris Evolution where we were awarded the full carpentry package.

What a great project to be involved in and what a stunning finish.

Did you know that you might need building regulations approval for many alteration projects, including if you plan to:

- Replace fuse boxes and connected electrics
- Install a bathroom that will involve plumbing
- Change electrics near a bath or shower
- Put in a fixed air-conditioning system
- Replace windows and doors
- Replace roof coverings on pitched and flat roofs
- Install or replace a heating system
- Add extra radiators to a heating system

Planning permission can be complex. You’ll probably need planning permission if you want to:

- Build something new
- Make a major change to your building, eg building an extension
- Change the use of your building

If your project needs planning permission and you do the work without getting it, you can be served an ‘enforcement notice’ ordering you to undo all the changes you have made.
