As part of we will be hosting a one off event on Wednesday 17th of July to showcase the best sustainable produce the British waters have to offer.

We always have a number of seafood dishes on our menu and this night will be a chance for the team to be able to do something a little different and showcase their love for seafood.

The season is here where we get to enjoy the most sought after potatoes. Grown in Jersey’s rich, fertile, earth, being fertilised with seaweed is what gives them their distinctive nutty flavour.

Here we have served them with a warm buttermilk sauce and dill.
