Just had a good call from Mr Anderson
no bent valves 😁
Valve guide bottom broke off causing the damage to the head but I was lucky it happened really because on inspection I also found 2 spring caps were snapped in half was very lucky It did not drop a valve

Head skimmed
Valves lapped
New Race springs and caps & collets ordered
New Head bolts
New Stem seals
New head gasket

so should be out for next round in may then June should see me with the new engine and manifold 😁 and that all important ANDERSON RACING ENGINES POWER 💥

Think this was the reason compression was dropping
