Thank you to everyone that took part in our recent elections, either by running for a committee position or voting. The votes are now in - we are delighted to announce the incoming committee for the next academic year

Many congratulations to all the successful candidates! For those that were unsuccessful, we would like to remind you that there will be other opportunities to get involved with the society and hope that you do not feel discouraged from doing so. We look forward to seeing the work of the 2022/23 CAS Committee, and wish you all the best!

We have decided to extend the election nomination date from 25th March to 1st April. The new dates are shown in the post above. We understand that this is a busy period for everyone and would like to offer more time to submit your nominations.

If you have already submitted your nomination, you may re-sumbit, if you wish, by the new deadline. Details of nominations can be found in our last two posts and email. We look forward to receiving your applications!

In partnership with Cambridge University Commercial Law Forum and UCL Law Society, we are excited to be hosting a Commercial Awareness Competition with Future City Lawyers. The Competition will involve analysing a case study with ESG elements and the top performing participant(s) will have the opportunity to have a careers guidance session with Mr Denis Viskovich. Participating in this competition will certainly provide good practice for interviews and assessment centres at City law firms and hone your commercial acumen.
