Today, the world celebrates chocolate in all its forms, from fountains and bars to intricate confections like pralines and truffles.

No matter its form, size, or sweetness, chocolate is only as good as the way it’s stored. Our Cooling Technologies team worked with Harrods to design bespoke refrigeration within the department store’s prestigious Chocolate Hall, where world-class chocolatiers craft chocolates live on site as well as collections from other world-class chocolatiers. This morning our team of 10 from Integral’s Soft Services division and longstanding client the University of Liverpool, began their climb of Mount Snowdon to raise funds for 3 important charities.

• The Owen McVeigh Foundation – Their aim is to help children and their families who are suffering from cancer in Merseyside.

• The Paper Cup Project - which aims to help rough sleepers and the homeless by offering food, hot drinks, clothes and more importantly, support and advice.

• Woodlands Hospice - providing a range of care and support for people with life-limiting conditions.
