My little candy cane - these are actually cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on a mini chopping board - love everything mini 🤩🤩🎄

These little trees 🌲 were delicious! I had forgotten to buy chives so used mint instead and dried cranberries - give them a go!

Roasted veg, tomatoes, red onions, 3 garlic cloves, 1 leek, 1 courgette, oregano, black pepper and not forgetting the block of feta underneath it all and then hand blended and mixed with macaroni pasta, ready for the kiddies after school 😋- so easy and they’ll never know 😜🙌
