LAMP HAS WENT TO SOMEONE WITH A STRONG CONNECTION TO THE DAIRY AND RATHVEN SO IT HAS WENT TO A GOOD HOME😀
We have for sale this unique Rathven Dairy milk bottle lamp (bottle kindly donated by Edwin Devlin) for sale at £30.
This is an opportunity to own a bespoke lamp from what is considered to be an antique bottle from days of yore which would be a nice gift for anyone associated with either the dairy or Rathven itself.
As the bottle was discovered in a buried bottle pit it has through age got scratches through being buried for many years which adds to the character. Having been a milk bottle it has been mounted on a white wooden plinth and fitted with a white shade.
To comply with regulations it has been fully PAT tested.

Planter 77" (1950mm) long x 11" (280mm) high x 11" (280mm) width.
Planter was custom built to fit in certain place, but no longer required due to redesign of garden.
It has been treated with three coats of clear preservative and two coats of light brown Creocote. Top painted in French Chic 'Ol Blue Eyes' blue.
Inside has been lined with recycled compost bags to alleviate moisture ingress to the wood and thereby extend the planter's lifetime.

Hi there - what with Covid and lockdowns over these past few years we have been off radar as such but are still very much on the go.
This Sassenach whisky bottle lamp was made to customer order and mounted on a brushed gold metal plinth and finished with a gold shade to pick out the gold on the bottle label.
Have you a bottle that has sentimental value?
