⭐️We are extremely excited to share with you that we are great taste award winners! ⭐️

⭐️Our steak and ale won a star with judges saying ‘this pie is extremely generous in filling and is rich in ale flavour. The meat is tender, and holding its form. This is an excellent pie , clearly made by an expert!’

⭐️Our slow cooked British beef brisket and peppercorn sauce pie won a star with judges saying ‘We really liked the originality of this pie with the steak and peppercorn theme. It is so unusual to have a beef pie which comes with a creamy sauce and not a stars gravy and we found that concept refreshing!’

⭐️ Our Moroccan spiced lamb and apricot pie won a star with judges saying ‘what isn’t there to love about this pie? It looks amazing, the pastry is short and buttery. The filling is balanced, complex and beautifully spiced. The lamb is soft and delicate and the additions of apricot are genius!’

Annnnd we’re back!
Sorry for our short little break, we went and got married. It’s been a busy few months but we’re finally ready to properly introduce ourselves. Hi! We are Chelsea and Harry! You may recognise us from the which we run with with Harrys parents. We have two beautiful children Lola and Harley and then there’s our third child Cotswold pie Co. We spoke about starting up a pie company for years now but we were always too busy and the time never felt right, then came along lockdown and with our pub closing it gave us the perfect excuse to finally get going with our pies. We ate ALOT of pies trying to find the perfect recipes which was fun! We also had our lovely friend Ali at help us design a proper brand for our company which we are so pleased with! We have already won 2 awards and are so excited to see Cotswoldpieco grow in the future! We have some very exciting new recipes and sizes which I will post about in the next few days! Thank you for your continued support and orders!! 🥧

We are officially award winners!!! The British pie awards 2021 have given us a silver award for our Moroccan Spiced Lamb and Apricot Pie and a bronze award for our British Chicken and Cotswold ‘Nduja Pie! Winner winner chicken dinner! Our pies can be stored in the fridge for 5 days and can also be frozen so you can enjoy them whenever you please!

Our delicious Moroccan spiced British lamb and apricot pie is packed with flavour right to the crust. The British lamb is sourced locally in the cotswolds and is complemented by the sweetness of the apricots. Made with a gorgeous blend of herbs and spices, this pie can transport your taste buds to Northern Africa, whilst knowing that the high quality ingredients aren't impacting the planet. As harry says, “It's like the Cotswolds meets Marrakech”. 🥧

British chicken and cotswold ‘Nduja. Oh this one's good; it's creamy; it's slightly spiced; and it’s deliciously moreish. For those that don’t know what ’Nduja is, it’s a spicy salami that we source right here in the Cotswolds. All of our meat is sourced from British farms. These gorgeous meats are bound together in a tasty creamy sauce and paired with our rich shortcrust pastry. Every bite of this pie is as good as the last!

Our delicious vegetarian pie is jam packed with flavours inspired from India. We toast the spices to really intensify the flavour. The chickpeas and potatoes give this pie just the right bite; the texture and spice marry beautifully with our rich shortcrust pastry leaving your mouth and tummy very happy! 🥧

Our moreish British beef brisket pie is a real heart warmer, it’s creamy, meaty and packed with flavour. We slow cook the brisket in red wine for it to really melt in your mouth and then we bind it in a luxurious creamy peppercorn sauce. It is complemented by our rich shortcrust pastry. We use high quality beef from British farms. 🥧
