It’s a whole two years since our Darwen Village opened its doors and what an amazing couple of years it has been!

We would like to thank all our staff, family & friends for their hard work and support but most importantly all our visitors who have been to play and booked parties with us - without you LLV would be nothing!

To celebrate Darwens birthday today, we are giving away a FREE visit for 1 child & 2 adults at the Darwen village. To enter you must follow ALL these steps:

⭐️LOYALTY CARDS⭐️

Did you know we have loyalty cards available to pick up at all our villages?

The Little Lancashire Village wouldn’t be what it is without our visitors. Your loyalty is everything to us and it’s important to reward you all and say thank you for continuing to return to our villages time & time again! ❤️

Our cards, which you can pick up at any of our villages, have 2 sides and 2 stamps to collect! One side for visits, the other side for hot drinks. Collect 9 stamps & get your 10th visit/hot drink free! Instructions on how to redeem them are printed on the cards. ☕️

You can also collect your loyalty stamps on the Bryks app📲 simply download the app and search for us. You need to register and then scan the QR code when you visit our villages.

Both members of our team who carry out our admin (messages, emails, moving bookings etc) are away this week on a UK break to Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

We just wanted to reassure everyone that plans for our Christmas sessions are well underway and we are just finalising dates with the one & only .uk who is back at our Darwen grotto!🎅🏽

Little Latte Café can be found at our Burnley village & is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee & afternoon tea! Your little ones can also play waiter/waitress or chef 🧑🏽‍🍳 and as it’s at The Little Lancashire Village, there’s of course opportunities to learn too such as matching items to words & pictures, counting and giving/taking orders to encourage language & communication.

As the weather has been getting warmer, we would like the remind everyone that we are a shoe free zone and require both adults and children to take their shoes off before playing at all our villages and wear socks so please remember to wear or bring them🧦

This is really important as it allows our villages to remain as clean and hygienic as possible for your little ones 🫧

If you do forget, you can purchase them on entrance for £1.

Beep Beep…The Little Lancashire Van is on the roads!! 🚗

Our new LITTLE LANCS MOBILE is for Steve (a.k.a dad!) to make deliveries between our villages! This includes mainly our delicious cakes & counter treats🧁🍰🍪

If you see our new van out & about - send us a photo and its location for a free voucher code! 📸

- The van cannot be parked outside any of our villages
- The photo must be sent the same day you see it
- Photos have to be sent to us via email at [email protected]
- DO NOT take or send photos whilst driving! The van must be parked up where it’s safe for you to photograph (unless you are walking past it)
- The free voucher is for one child’s space valid for 3 months

We would like to welcome our newest Enterprise Hero, The Little Lancashire Village ✨

The local family run business, now based in Darwen, Rawtenstall and Burnley, are a children's roleplay centre with a variety of imaginative play areas for the little ones to enjoy.

Why did they become and Enterprise Hero for East Lancashire Hospice?

After coming to visit the hospice and seeing the wide areas of support we offer to our community, they wanted to get on board and show their support.

They said, "The Hospice and it's team are a true asset to our local community and we are proud to be able to support them so that the can continue for many years to come supporting the families in our local area with the best possible care."

🚧 BURNLEY VILLAGE 🚧

There are extensive roadworks starting near our Burnley Village today that will last till mid September!

Access to the carpark will only be from Trafalgar Street at the moment this will change in the coming months and we will try to keep you updated!

Please allow a little extra time on your journey as we are unsure at the moment how it will affect us! ☁️

NEW at Rawtenstall 🍔🍟

We have added some really cute new toys to our Rawtenstall village last week as part of our refresh. How cute is the Gingerbread set🤩

If you’re looking for something fun to do with the kids this week, we still have spaces to play! Come & enjoy some roleplay fun with your little ones. Suitable for walking up to & including aged 7 (non walkers are free, siblings over 7 are to be paid for as an adult & remain in the café)

1 full-time flexible member of staff (9am-4.30pm occasionally later on Saturdays to 6.30pm)

1 weekend member of staff (Saturdays and Sundays- 9am-4.30pm occasionally later on Saturdays till 6.30pm)

Days can vary to fit with the right candidate (some weekends will be required in each role).

Role includes: welcoming customers, serving and preparing food, tidying inbetween sessions and cleaning etc.

Ideal experience: customer service, barista experience, catering experience and cleaning experience.
