What a weekend of golf itās been and of course I had to find time to check the gym out. Wouldāve been rude not to, straight off the course into the gym for me today.
Who else trains when theyāre away from home travelling with work or on holiday?
I always like to check a new gym space out. I either stick to my plan or go off plan and get a quick pump in using equipment I donāt have access to at Frost Fitness.

Matt said: āHuge thank you to and his programme. I can see and feel a huge difference in areas like shoulders and legs which before were my most hated body parts to train.
In my lifts every exercise has seen increase in my 3RM and without the conditioning at the end of each session I wouldn't have been able to complete the PalaceToPalace 45 mile bike ride and the Run for the kids 5km.
As you can see the results above are inspiring, providing significant visual changes Matt built lean muscle tissue, strength and power as his lifting testing proved.
