Polite notice about cancellation policy an booking policy ‼️
I understand that sometimes appointments times need to be changed or cancelled.which I’m more than happy to assist with,but I’d appreciate 48hours notice to enable me to fill that gap with clients that would wish for that appointment.
Clients that fail to give that notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee before rescheduling.many thanks I hope you understand,last minute cancellations have a massive effect on my business an I try my best to look after my clients an I only wish for the same back in return xx
