If you look at my clients before photo, can you notice how they had a visible ball of filler which was noticeably sitting on their chin? This filler was completed by their previous practitioner and after assessing the area, I suspected that the filler may have not been placed deep enough, resulting in it being visible. When treating the chin, I always like to place the filler as deep as possible. As this type of filler is made to mimic the appearance of bone, it is of a thicker viscosity and I find it usually sits better when it’s positioned deeper.

Without dissolving the current filler, we strategically added filler to my clients chin to mask the ball of filler which you can now no longer see at all and we also added dermal filler to my clients cheeks. We have completely transformed my clients face shape to a heart shaped face, which is scientifically proven to be the the most attractive and sought after face shape!

1.1ml refill for my client who travelled to see us from Leicester after they had their previous migration dissolved 💉

My clients main concern was the asymmetry in their lips, particularly at the sides of their upper lip which we were able to correct using an advanced, tailored injection pattern, focusing mainly on the sides of the upper lip.

As my client had migration previously from overfilling the lips, we have decided it would be best to keep the lips small and they’ll only need visit us for a top up when they feel they are due one.

Recent studies with MRI scans have shown that dermal filler can actually last in the body for up to 12 years, depending on your metabolism and lifestyle (not every 6-18 months like it states on the packet!) so don’t feel like you need to religiously return for a top up every six months, it’s best to wait until you feel you’re due one!

When my client first visited me, they were concerned about the split malar fat pad in the apples of their cheeks. This is an area which decreases in size as we age and it begins to slope downwards and in some people, it splits into two, creating the line which you can see in my clients mid cheek region. My client was also concerned about the lines surrounding their mouth and they wanted an overall rejuvenated appearance.

We treated the mid cheeks using 2.2ml of dermal filler to hide the split malar fat pad and lift the mid face. We also treated the lines surrounding the mouth using 1.1ml of dermal filler and my client has had three sessions of full face polynucleotides, however we won’t see the results from the final session just yet as this was completed today and it can take three weeks to see the final results.
