On Tuesday afternoon we had the absolute pleasure of hosting award winning Jessica Messenger owner of Villain aesthetics and creator of Villain Skin as our guest speaker🥳✨

Our Level 3 beauty therapist’s had the most amazing opportunity to hear all the advice and guidance Jess had to offer. From working her way up from once being a student at BSDC herself, to journeying her way through different career paths that ultimately landed her as a successful entrepreneur and salon owner. Jess is a real example of the world is your oyster🌍

Jessica shared all things social media, marketing brands, creating her own skincare range, her own experiences and shared support for those ambitious for setting their future businesses up through the Faces consent app. She really did come to inspire and show that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

Jess’s business Villain Aesthetics also won the Hair & Beauty awards ‘2024 high riser award’🥇🏆

Our first proper year back since Covid and how it has felt so good. To end the year a fabulous lady Jen West shaved her head for ‘Rethink mental illness’ charity, she has raised an amazing amount for a fantastic cause and Innovations were so proud to finish the year with this brave lady.
