Massive Well done to my lovely Neice Grace who came into the salon today and worked her 1st day! She did absolutely amazing and I'm so proud of her! Thank you to our lovely clients who were all so kind and welcoming to her 💖💖💖

We now have in stock Milkshake Toning sprays. The silver shine has a violet pigment to neutralise unwanted yellow and gold tones in white, grey, blonde and bleached hair.
The cold Brunette has a special blue pigment to reduce warm, red-orange tones in brown hair.
The icy blonde has black pigment that neutralises yellow- orange hues in blonde or bleached hair.

How to use=Shake well and spray evenly onto washed, towel dried hair. Comb through then dry.
These are 100ml bottles and retail at £16.99

🚨Cancellation Policy🚨

This hasn't been a decision I have made lightly but due to an increase in No-Show appointments and last minute cancellations we now require 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. This comes in with immediate effect from Today 24th June 2024.

Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we are usually unable to fill this slot, which means being self employed we earn no money.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or no shows will be charged 50% of the service booked. This will need to be paid before you make another appointment.

Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.

There will also be a small increase on some services starting from 1st September 2024

Morning All.

As you are probably all aware by now Boris has spoken and it looks like we will finally be able to reopen our doors on Monday 12th April. 😃😃😃

Our plan is to start takings bookings 2 or 3 weeks before that opening date... Just in case things change...

We will be in contact with you directly nearer the time or you can call the salon, with your name and number and what services you’d like done.....
We promise to work more hours to squeeze as many of you lovely people in as soon as we can,
so don’t worry.... hang in there, we’re on the case...

We literally can not wait to get back to work making you all look and feel beautiful again...

Covid Update 30/12/20

We hope you all managed to have the best christmas possible in these strange times.

Sorry, but we are closed again !

As you are all aware, our area went into tier 4 from Boxing Day, and once again sadly this means we can not open the salon.
And unlike last time we do not have any firm date to give you on when we are likely to be able to re-open our doors.

We will monitor this ongoing situation and keep you all up to date. as soon as we know anything.

Don't worry, we will be in touch with all you lovely people if you've had to miss your appointment because of this latest lockdown.

Lets hope they roll out this vaccine quickly so we all can start to get back to normality.

SALON CHRISTMAS UP-DATE

Re-opening Wednesday 2nd December

Today was a day well spent, cleaning and sanitizing the salon from top to bottom as well as putting up our Christmas window display... ❄️

I’d like to take this opportunity to recap on our safety procedures.

Firstly, please do not make or turn up for an appointment if you have any covid 19 symptoms even if it’s just a cold or you feel unwell in any way. Or if you’ve been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid
This is most IMPORTANT.

We ask that you turn up for your appointment alone ( no other family members or friends or even pets will be allowed into the salon.

Please be punctual for your appointment, if you're too early you may have to wait outside ( not a nice thing to do at this time of year ) and if your late you run the risk of not getting the full treatment you booked in for and we don’t want that...

Upon arriving in the salon, first we will have to ask you to wash and sanitise your hands. Also wipe over your phone. ( we will provide a clean and safe place for you to do this )

It is compulsory for you to wear a face mask for the intire time you’re in the salon, We ask you to bring your own masks, but we will have some at the salon if not, at a small additional cost of £1

Unfortunately guidelines recommend that we will not be able to offer refreshments ( tea / coffee etc ) or magazines. But feel free to bring your own drinks or magazines with you..
( if using your phone or kindle, please wipe it over with a sanitising cloth, we have these at the salon )

Any coat or handbag you bring with you, will have to be hung up by yourself or kept on your person ( we can not touch them )

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be patient with us, we expect to be super busy when we reopen, and with all the extra safety procedures we are required to do ( a full wipe down of our work station and reception area, all gowns/ towels have to be washed and equipment sanitised after each client, we will get booked up a lot quicker than normal.

We’re so excited to be able to make you all gorgeous again, and we promise to make your salon experience as wonderful as alway... Christmas is our favorite time of year... 🎄🎅🏼🎁⛄️❄️

Sadly will be closing our doors once again.
As we must do our bit to try and slow this horrible virus down.

We have been in the salon all day today rebooking appointments that we’ve been forced to cancel.

We are open tomorrow and Wednesday, and hopefully we have already been in contact to offer a choice of times for those 2 days

And we’ve missed you, please give us a ring before we close on Thursday 5th
( please leave a message on the answer phone as we are expecting to be super busy.. and one of us will get back to you )

At the moment will be honouring all current December bookings as long as Boris doesn’t extend this lockdown obviously.

Well Boris has spoken... and it seems we will have to once again close our doors for a month as least...

We will be in the salon this coming Monday morning to make arrangements and hopefully get a plan in place to honor as many appointments we can in the following few days we have left before Thursdays lockdown.

This is not what we want to do, but feel we have to abide by the rules to hopefully keep this horrid virus at bay.
