Sadly my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer this summer and within a 5 week period he was hospitalised, came home and then suddenly, devastatingly passed away. I am heartbroken. Hi ladies! I’m looking to trail a new system when booking appointments which will take a 50% deposit upon booking.
Last week I had a couple of no-shows to appointments, not only does this mean I can’t fill the space with another client, it means I don’t earn my living. This job supports me through my studies and I’m not swimming in cash. It would be the same as turning up to work and being told you’re not needed and won’t be paid for the day. I rely on this income. In addition I also have a few people lately who have owed me for appointments and not paid me. All of this is rare and typically everyone is amazing and I value you all, however this gives me so much anxiety, enforcing my cancellation policy and chasing up owed money makes me feel awful so I think going forward a new system is probably best!
