After falling short in the final the lads played league winners D’hav this morning needing 3 points for promotion 💙

Our 100% record for May continued today with an impressive 5-3 win over “potential promotion candidates” Fox and Pine. ☀️💙

The lads started well and took the lead early in the game and managed to stay on top throughout coming in at half time 3-1 up. 💪🏼

A slight lack of focus in the 2nd half allowed fox and pine back into the game bringing the score to 4-3😬

But their hopes of any come back were crushed when Ryan added a 5th with 10 mins to play wrapping up the 3 points🙌🏼💙

An overall great performance from the lads and we continue to deliver 💙🫶🏼

It was Easter Sunday delight for Radcliffe yesterday as we came out 4-0 winners against a very in form ramsbottom hounds side 🙌🏼💙

With a limited squad the boys had to work extremely hard with and without the ball and showed unbelievable work rate through the game.

Not a good day at the office from all concerned with Radcliffe. But we kept fighting until the end and on a different day the result could have been very different. 💙

SUNDAYS GAME 💙

Tough one to take for the lads last weekend as we were beaten by fox and pine villa 1-0. 🤦🏽‍♂️

A very close game with both sides going for the win throughout the 90mins. 🤝🏼

The lads gave a good account of themselves and the game could have gone either way, but with injuries rampant throughout the squad fox and pine took full advantage. 💔

We now play top of league d’hav (H) this Sunday as we push for promotion.💙

It was penalty drama for Radcliffe this weekend as we took on Heywood Athletic in the multi league cup. ⚽️🏆

The lads fort hard throughout the game, even came from behind, to come in at half time 1-1. 💪🏼💙

We took the lead with 25 left to play but a late penalty gave Heywood a lifeline. 2-2 after 90 mins.

We had to do it the hard way in true Radcliffe fashion on penalties.

Ste, Callum and Ryan all slotted away their pens and a big save from Josh got us over the line and on to the next round🧤 🥅

Now we turn our attention to Fox and pine (A) next week 💙

Last weeks result saw us come out 5-0 winners in a brilliant performance against GTAS FC who had yet to be beaten in the league. 💪🏼

A fantastic free kick into the top corner by Ethan arya opened the scoring ✅

Also George Yates was back on the scoresheet with a brace ⚽️⚽️

We defended brilliantly again and center back Lu Murru picked up man of the match for his efforts 🏆

Currently we sit in 4th with a lot to play for as we push for the clubs 2nd promotion in 2 years 💪🏼💙
