My latest piece from last weekend. I just can't get enough of these gorgeous colours!! Mainly metallics and irredescents. I just had to get them together! :-)

Earlier this year I was very pleased and honoured to be asked to do a demonstration of Fluid Acrylic Art for the members of Whaley Bridge Art Group, which I did on Monday of this week. I was welcomed most cordially by all the members of the group, and were most enthusiastic to learn about this wonderful and absorbing art form.

This is the result of the pour I did which was using just 4 colours; Mars Black, Cadmium Red, Metallic Rich Gold and Iredescent Purple, On gallery framed canvas 12" x 24".

When dry, finished and varnished, I will gift the painting to the group with my best wishes and hope that they enjoy it for many years to come.

My thanks to the Whaley Bridge Art Group members and Jean (Art Group Secretary) and Mr. Jennings for inviting me to do the demonstration and making me so welcome, and for your enthusiasm for the art.

My latest resin table, now on sale at the studio. :-)

I had a big puddle left after pouring the table top, I gathered it all together and decied to use it in another pour, using some of the original colours used in the table top!! ;-)

A very special project began today in my studio! To while away the tedious Bank Holiday with not customers (again! What's going on with Buxton?) I painted this beauty! It will eventually turn into a 16" occassional table.... Watch this space!! ..... :-)

The latest in my current series of Acrylic Pours using these amazing Neon colours from Royal & Langnickel . I decided to do a Diptych today. Also along with the Neons I decided to mix my favourite Iridescent Deep Purple, using Sennellier Purple and Royal & Langnickel Iridescent Medium. :-)

Another NEON piece. Only 8 x 10 inches but WOW!! Looking forward to seeing it dry! :-)

Almost done!! Slightly enhanced with colourisation, but it should look similar when the light is behind it (and when it's dry!! ) :-)

I've bben busy over the last few days, getting some glass painting done to sell in my shop. This lovely Owl turned out quite well and I am particularly pleased with it.
